Council members may use our 26-seat conference room for their own meetings for free. Even if you are Washington-based, you may find our heart-of-the-city K Street location more convenient for certain events.
Need a place to hang your hat while you're visiting DC? Members are invited to use our guest office, which is equipped with a desk, phone and computer.
Please contact us in advance to make arrangements to use the conference room or guest office.

- Fee and Availability
- The conference room is available on a first come, first served basis to Council members in good standing. There is no fee to use the room.
- Conference Room Dimensions
- Room: 40 feet x 20 feet (800 square feet)
- Table: 30 feet x 5 feet
- The table comfortable seats 26 people
- The room can accommodate up to 32 people by adding chairs around the perimeter

- The Council's regular office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If your meeting will be held outside that timeframe, please let us know in advance and we'll make an effort to accommodate your needs.
- Food and Beverage Service
- We do not offer food or beverage service but you are free to use a caterer of your choice. We have had positive experiences with the following vendors:
- At the conclusion of your meeting, please put any garbage in the room's trash cans.

We are within 4 blocks of the following Metro stations: Foggy Bottom (blue and orange lines), Farragut West (blue and orange lines), Farragut North (red line).
