Job Description:
Responsibilities are divided into four primary areas: Management, Sales, Client Service, and Technology Development
Management
- Supervise grassroots team members, including training, mentoring, recruiting, and work assignments
- Implement policies and procedures for Professional Services team to ensure smooth client transitions and customer renewals
- Work with heads of other Aristotle divisions to ensure that all time-sensitive client projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure smooth interaction when responsibility for client deliverables is shared among more than one Professional Services department
- Manage priorities and timelines for non-professional services resources that are assigned to Professional Services tasks
Sales
- Demonstrate product capabilities during sales meetings
- Advise sales staff in developing pricing for custom solutions to clients
- Assist with contract renewals for clients that fall within the Grassroots and Website Services department
Client Service
- Keep in touch with all primary points of contact in department's client portfolio, including quarterly phone calls and annual in-person meetings
- Manage high-profile accounts
- Act as point of escalation for all client-related issues within the department
- Participate in all kick-off calls for clients that purchase products and services from the Grassroots and Website Services department
Technology Development
- Work with development team to develop technical specifications for grassroots technology products
- Manage development priorities and timelines for the department as they relate to PAC and grassroots functionality
- Test new product offerings to ensure that products function in a way that is user-friendly and helps clients accomplish their goals
