Strategic Planner
This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Planner who has vast experience in Public Policy and administration. You will be the lead for commissioned feasibility studies, technical lead for strategic management and strategy development.
The Role
- Lead and conduct strategic planning and budget planning.
- Facilitate strategic plan development.
- Track, monitor, analyse and report measures and performance planning.
- Establish and maintain a network of professionals to assist and leverage for studies and program planning.
- Guide and coordinate strategic planning process of external bodies.
- Participate in preparation of quarterly performance report and presentation.
- Assist department head with developing performance measures.
The Requirements
- Masters Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration or MBA.
- Minimum of 8 years experience with at least 3 years in senior level or management position.
- Ability to multi-task across projects and studies.
- Knowledge of analytical tools, methods and approaches.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various senior management and officials across Qatar Government ministries.
- Knowledge of or experience of working in the Middle East is a bonus.
