RPAC Online Fundraising Representative

The Community & Political Affairs (CPA) division of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) provides services that empower REALTORS and staff to be effective leaders in strengthening their communities and becoming more effective in their political advocacy. 

CPA is building the capacity of the state and local associations by providing them with a state of the art, integrated PAC management system, developed by NAR and customized for each association to effectively target REALTORS® for online fundraising solicitations.

The RPAC Online Fundraising Representative manages all aspects of the RPAC Online Fundraising in the states.  S/he will serve as a liaison between NAR and state associations' leadership and executive staff on all aspect of the REALTOR PAC management system and must have proven technical project management experience.  As the ambassador for the PAC management system, s/he manages RPAC Online Fundraising state campaigns by creating online messaging and scheduling, setting online fundraising goals and strategically targeting REALTOR® groups for solicitations.  S/he manages marketing of the program for roll-out to all 50 states.  The Representative also creates and manages a Customer Satisfaction web site for current and prospective users of both RPAC online fundraising software and RPAC Management System, and manages all aspects of Social Media for RPAC fundraising.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree and at least 5-7 years of project management experience  
• Experience in online fundraising and using social media as a marketing tool
• Proven ability to plan and implement technology solutions
• Experience managing vendor and vendor relationships
• Proficiency with online fundraising software tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to evaluate data, assess alternatives, and make recommendations as required
• Must be team oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences at all organizational levels, both internal and external
• Demonstrated ability in effective oral and written communications
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to travel nationwide regularly
