The National Association of Broadcasters, a trade association that advocates on behalf of free, local radio and television stations and broadcast networks, has an opportunity available as Compliance Manager for NABPAC within our Government Relations Department.

The Compliance Manager provides the financial, data and administrative support for the Director, NABPAC, and serves as the primary leader with regard to the responsibilities of NABPAC compliance with FEC guidelines and regulations.  The Manager works with all NAB staff that interacts with the NABPAC, NAB Board of Directors, NAB members, PAC donors, state association executives, and vendor/suppliers to ensure the NABPAC program is implemented and is compliant with all campaign finance regulations.

Successful candidates will possess College degree along with experience working on Capitol Hill, government affairs; preferably with political action committees.  FEC compliance background required.  Most possess strong analytical, planning/organizing and written communication skills.  Proficient in MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word) or similar type of products in a Windows environment along with PAC fundraising type software.
