Manager, PAC Services

The Business Industry Political Action BIPAC is looking to immediately hire a Manager, PAC Services to a full time position with benefits.  Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years experience in managing or assisting with a federal Political Action Committee (PAC).   In addition, candidates should have excellent phone skills and be familiar with FEC regulations and opinions, Excel, Power Point and Photoshop.  HTML experience is a plus.  Must be able to work independently as well as interact well in a team environment.   

Manager, PAC Services duties include:

  • Sets up new members with portal accounts and adds them to appropriate distribution lists;
  • Conducts new member trainings on portal usage and BIPAC PAC resources and tools;
  • Maintains and updates member PAC websites;
  • Troubleshoots PAC website issues including HTML and formatting changes;
  • Creates custom pages and enrollment forms for PAC websites;
  • Assists senior staff in the development of comprehensive PAC solicitation, communication and contribution strategies and materials for BIPAC members;
  • Reports to Executive Director, Grassroots & Candidate Advocacy.
