- Develop and implement PAC fundraising strategies that raise multi-million dollars annually
- Manage PAC receipts and disbursements
- Analyze contribution data and forecast PAC performance
- Direct the grassroots advocacy program to impact legislation and advance the strategic goals of the legislative agenda
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the annual Congressional Advocacy Day
- Maintain the advocacy portion of the website
- Communicate with AAO leadership, membership and congressional advocates
Position requires 5+ years exper. with strong experience in PAC fundraising, federal election laws, compliance and fundraising strategies; strong knowledge of the legislative process and grassroots advocacy; and strong interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills mandatory. Skilled at multi-tasking, database management with PAC and grassroots software and MS Office required. Travel to our annual meeting is a must.
