• Develop and implement annual messaging platform for assigned senior leaders and frequent speakers.
• Write clear and compelling leadership messages for pyramid leaders as assigned.
• Manage the strategic speechwriting process for senior executives as assigned including gathering executive input, conducting research, drafting speech, and engaging resources to create supporting visuals and finalizing speech in time.
• Edit speeches to ensure proper content, quality of writing, coordination of messages between speakers, and appropriate tone. Coach and mentor team to improve their skills in these areas.
• Execute annual company meeting strategy in partnership with team and supervise the development of meeting-based communication plans.
• Partner closely with Target Communications colleagues to align speeches and executive messaging with overall company messaging strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 10 years practical experience in communications field

• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills

• Ability to deal with ambiguity

• Some travel may be required
