The Congressional Management Foundation (CMF) is looking for a Manager of Events and Membership. CMF is a nonpartisan nonprofit that works to help Congress with their operations and communications. As part of our mission, CMF holds monthly training programs for congressional staff, as well as a handful of special events annually for congressional staff as well as for CMF supporters.  

CMF's Manager of Events and Membership would be responsible for the following:

- Planning and coordinating events with congressional staff and supporters
- Managing and coordinating membership programs
- Managing customer relations management system (CRM)
- Outreach and relationship building to new members of our programs as well as to new congressional staff

Candidates must have:

- 2-3 years experience involving customer service or constituent service
- Strong outreach and communications skills
- Work on Capitol Hill a plus
- Experience with SalesForce or other CRM a plus
