The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is looking for a Legislative Outreach Sr. Advisor.  The person in this position reports to the Outreach Sr. Vice President.  In this role, the Sr. Advisor will be responsible for the strategic development and management of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond's federal, state and local government relationship and educational efforts. In this position, the Senior Advisor will develop and implement programs to enhance public officials' understanding and trust in the Federal Reserve. The Senior Advisor will facilitate effective communication between the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and legislators throughout the Fifth District. The Senior Advisor will provide up-to-date information concerning proposed legislation, as well as views of members of Congress in areas of concern to the Fifth District. The Senior Advisor will assist in the legislative presentations provided by the Richmond Fed President, respond to inquiries by legislative members and keep the President aware of congressional developments that are of interest to the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.  The position can be located in Richmond, VA or Baltimore, MD and requires frequent and regular travel across the Fifth District and the DC Metro area.  If located in Baltimore, the position will also require regular travel to Richmond, VA.
