immediate need for an International Government Affairs Manager. This
position will be located in Washington, DC.

Job Summary:
This position would represent and lobby on behalf of 3M Company.
Specific areas of focus would be trade issues, international relations,
and homeland security.
Responsibilities:

- Key activities would include communicating and influencing outcomes relative to trade policy, trade related regulation, and homeland security.
- Expand and deepen 3M's international and trade relationships and increase 3M's overall competitiveness in world markets.
- The position would also assist 3M management with trade investment.
- Homeland security background knowledge expertise.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with United States Trade Representative, Department of Commerce, Department of Homeland Security, and /or Congress.
- Must have a solid and demonstrated track record with international and trade issues
- Must have strong familiarity with Capitol Hill, the federal legislative process, relevant committees, and related executive agencies.
