The California Association of REALTORS® (C.?A.?R.?) is currently seeking a regional grassroots field representative to support C.?A.?R.?'s government affairs and political programs in the Orange County/?San Diego area.?  Job duties include, but not limited to conducting outreaches to groups of REALTORS®, local association staff and leadership concerning involvement in C.?A.?R.?'s legislative programs; and assist in recruiting, training and mobilizing REALTOR® volunteers at the local levels in support of C.?A.?R.?'s legislative and political agendas.?  Ideal candidates will have strong oral and written communication skills, some legislative or campaign experience, and feel comfortable making presentations to various audiences.?

 

Bachelor's degree plus related experience working in a political, legislative and/?or campaign environment is required.?  This is an entry-level position; salary commensurate with experience.?  Overnight travel is required.?  You may work from home.?
