Immediate Opening for Director, PAC Services
The Business Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC) is looking to immediately hire a Director, PAC Services to a full time position with benefits. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years experience in managing a federal Political Action Committee (PAC). In addition, candidates should have excellent phone skills, be familiar with FEC regulations and opinions, and have the ability to develop strategic documents and best practice recommendations for PAC involvement. Other necessary skills include knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Photoshop. Knowledge of state PAC activities and HTML coding is a plus.
Director, PAC Services will:
Salary commensurate with experience.

Director, PAC Services will:
- Advise BIPAC members on all PAC related activity, including but not limited to: fundraising, structure, disbursements, compliance, and communications;
- Compose solicitations, communications and strategic plans for the PACs of BIPAC member companies and associations;
- Conduct new member trainings on portal usage and BIPAC PAC resources and tools;
- Foster relationships with current members and look for opportunities to recruit prospects interested in PAC services;
- Analyze potential and recent court cases, rulings, and laws, and determine how they can/will impact PACs;
- Create and help maintain PAC websites;
- Troubleshoot PAC website issues including HTML and formatting changes;
- Supervise Assistant, PAC Services;
- Reports to the Vice President of Advocacy.
