The American Diabetes Association (ADA), the nation's leading non-profit health organization providing diabetes research, information and advocacy is seeking a Director, Federal Government Affairs and a Manager, Federal Government Affairs. The Director will develop strategies for and lead ADA's federal public policy efforts to secure governmental funding for diabetes research and programs, prevent diabetes and improve access to quality care, and eliminate discrimination based on diabetes. Director position requires 10+ years of relevant federal government affairs experience. The Manager will focus on appropriations and science issues and requires 3+ years of Capitol Hill or federal agency experience.
