Position Description:
Hudson Guild, a dynamic and highly regarded social services organization, is seeking a Director of Development and External Affairs to report directly to the Executive Director, to be a member of senior management and to work closely with the Board of Trustees.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to build the agency's resources and oversee all aspects of our fundraising and public relations.

Qualifications:
We require a minimum of 7 years experience in not-for-profit fundraising and a proven track record in developing and implementing fundraising and communication plans and programs. Must also have extensive experience working with government and private institutional donors as well as individual donors. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills a must. Strong organizational and management skills required.
