Digital Communications and Advocacy

The Digital Communications and Advocacy team member is responsible for coordinating and executing the online communications for a Fortune 500 client.  The ideal candidate should have: 2-5 years of experience in public affairs, strong written and oral communications skills, the ability to manage multiple projects at any given time, ability to conduct data entry and content development with an online relationship and content management system, as well as have a heightened attention to detail.  Experience with an online relationship and/or content management system is a strong plus.

Responsibilities Will Include:

Produces and manages editorial calendar
Develops, formats and distributes content for digital communications
Confirms content consistency with client's messages and style
Develops and manages distribution lists for all communications
Monitors responses to electronic communications, and develops reports for client regarding activities, successes and best practices
Provides strategic counsel on how to enhance capabilities, products and processes
Conducts data entry and manages data management, including automated and manual data feeds from various vendors
Conducts strategic research to support advocacy efforts of client
