The Business-Industry Political Action Committee (BIPAC) is looking to immediately hire an Assistant, Deployment Partner Services; a full-time position with benefits in our Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have basic computer skills, with ability to become proficient at internal systems. Must be adept at simultaneously managing multiple relationships/tasks involving many entities, and be able to work within a team environment in support of field staff. Duties include:
- Serving as a key interface between our national organization and state affiliates
- Assisting in developing grassroots websites and networks and execution of programming
- Monitoring political and election-related activities
- Creating and disseminating communications to large audiences
- Working with state business organizations on their grassroots and voter education efforts
Bachelor's degree required. Experience in project management, writing and editing, maintaining and servicing external relationships, strategic planning and cross-organizational collaboration helpful. In addition to basic computer skills, knowledge of intermediate to advanced web design and development preferred.
