The new Assistant Director, State Policy & Legislative Media's primary function will be to establish and execute targeted media strategies around key state reproductive health policies and legislative issues facing Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) affiliates. In partnership with key PPFA staff, track state legislation and work closely with affiliates to respond to breaking news and events. Serve as the PPFA national liaison to state affiliates on all legislative and policy media matters. Provide top-notch customer service to PPFA affiliates for all earned media needs. Contribute to the success of Planned Parenthood's multiple public health and policy campaigns at the state level, as well as to the state electoral activities of its PAC or Action Fund.
