The job primarily provides our five lobbyists with administrative and other support. Typical daily functions are setting travel itineraries, filing expense reports, filing lobbying reports, editing, some writing, some research, keeping up with office supplies and needs, and others.
The ideal replacement candidate would possess the following skills/qualities:
- team player and able to work in a small office environment (7 people)
- interest in politics and public policy- good people person intersted in developing his/her own network
- good attention to detail, hard-working
- good maturity level and works comfortably with senior people in the firm
- college degree
- we will consider people right out of school, but the ideal candidate has a year or two of experience.
