The contractor must posses experience and knowledge in the operation of computers using Microsoft Office suite and related applications
Contractor will provide clerical support to staff and offices that have responsibilities related to ARRA activities which may include typing, filing or assembly of documents from rough drafts, notes or oral instructions. Performs various routine accounting clerical operations such as: examining, verifying, and correcting accounting transaction to insure completeness and accuracy of data and proper identification of accounts, and checking that expenditures have not exceed obligations in specified accounts or financial projects on a month basis. Employee follows specific and detailed accounting procedures.
Develops and maintains an active filing system for all ARRA project throughout the Bemidji, Area (Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. Contractors will compile and maintain a listing of all tribal contacts for ARRA projects. The contractor will communicate with all contracting staff from Bemidji Area, from de Aberdeen Area and Engineering Services in Seattle (ES-Seattle) regarding Bemidji Area ARRA Activities
Contractor must possess first rate customer service skills both on the telephone anting person. Contractor should possess a pleasant, helpful personality easting all who present withe in person or on the telephone. Independent learning, self motivation and de ability to show initiative in learning about OEH&A, the ARRA projects and ways to assist the staff.
