2) Account Manager, PAC and Grassroots Technical Services

The Account Manager position at Aristotle International, Inc. is a high profile and customer-facing position to manage the preparation, planning, implementation, launch, and growth of PAC and Grassroots accounts, acting as a communications control and facilitator between the client contact(s) and interdisciplinary teams from within Aristotle. Account Managers provide guidance and customized solutions for Aristotle clients by integrating software, data and their own real world experience.

Job Functions:

Serve as the primary point of contact for 15-20 PAC and GR software clients.

Facilitate data conversion and the overall transition process for new clients.

Train clients on how to effectively use Aristotle software and answering questions concerning the best practices of using PAC software packages.

Participate in product demos during the sales process.

Work with the development department to advise on new product features.

Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of public affairs industry best practices, major trends and tools

Provide technical support to clients as needed.

Desirable characteristics include:

In-depth knowledge of the political process, including Political Action Committees and Grassroots Organizations.

Experience managing client expectations and communicating project status

Excellent problem solving and judgment

Ability to triage and prioritize tasks

Relationship-building, communication, and diplomacy skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.

Job Requirements:

BA/BS in Political Science or similar field.

A minimum two years work experience.

Experience working in political organizations

Ability to use MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email

Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
