Ken Gross, a partner in the firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and the Public Affairs Council's ethics law advisor, notified his clients of the gift and lobbying rule changes that passed in January of 2007. The memos that he sent to his clients are now available to Public Affairs Council members.
