LD-203 Contributions Report Form is Released

The long-awaited LD-203 report, which details certain contributions by registrants and individual lobbyists, was released on Monday, June 30, 2008 by the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Secretary of the U.S. Senate.

The LD-203 form is the new report mandated by The Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007.  In addition to disclosing contributions, the semi-annual LD-203 form requires a certification that the filer understands the gift and travel rules of both the U.S. House and U.S. Senate.
