Julian Ha is the global government affairs practice lead at the executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International. Julian spearheads the firm’s work in the government relations and legislative affairs sector from its Washington, D.C., office. He places senior-level executives in trade associations and public and private companies. He is also a member of the firm’s general counsel and CEO and board practices. Julian trained as a corporate lawyer and has practiced in New York, Washington, D.C., London and Singapore. He is on the board of CREG, a Nasdaq-listed clean tech company, and chairs its compensation committee.
Dr. John Curtis
Dr. John Curtis is vice president and management principal at APT Metrics Inc., a human resources consultancy. Throughout his more than 20 years in the field, John has worked with Fortune 100 companies across a range of industries on human resource and talent solutions. He has led many major projects in the design, development and implementation of human resources tools and systems in the areas of job analysis; pre-employment and promotional assessment; staffing for organizational change; performance management; organizational surveys; and employment litigation support. John received his Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Metropolitan New York Association for Applied Psychology.
