On April 7, 2009 the Office of Management and Budget released to Executive branch officials guidance on communicating with registered lobbyists about Recovery Act funds. This guidance comes after President Obama issued a directive limiting registered lobbyists' ability to communicate about the Recovery Act with Executive branch officials.
