Doug Gansler, Maryland attorney general and vice president of the National Association of Attorneys General, will address participants at the Council's annual State and Local Government Relations Seminar this fall regarding the important role attorneys general play in state policy issues.
On Tuesday, September 20, Attorney General Gansler will speak to conference attendees during a session entitled Attorneys General Policy Perspectives. Given the important role attorneys general play in state policy issues and defining political priorities, Gansler will provide insights specifically related to how attorneys general are responding to emerging state/federal issues; what jurisdiction attorneys general have over policy issues important to government relations professionals; and what companies can do to work effectively with attorneys general.
