Registering Online for the First Time? Here are some helpful tips:
1. All individuals have their own unique username/password. If you are trying to register someone else for this meeting, you will need to log-in as that person.
2. You will be asked for a username and password to enter our online system. Your username is your work email address. If you don't know your password, or you've forgotten it, your password can be retrieved by clicking here.
3. If you plan to pay by check, please proceed with the online registration until you come to the page that asks you to review your registration and billing information. At the bottom of that page you will find instructions on how to pay by check. You will be asked to print the conference registration page and fax it to the number provided to recieve an invoice.
