2011's National Grassroots Conference was the largest in the Council's history and for the 2012 conference, which will convene in Miami Beach, Florida from January 30 - February 2, we expect to welcome more than 300 of the country’s top corporate and association grassroots professionals.

Important Instructions for Registering
- Sponsorships are accepted on a first come, first-served basis beginning at 2:00 p.m. eastern time on Tuesday, November 1. We will notify you as to whether your request can be honored.
- In fairness to all interested sponsors, sponsorship holds and advance registrations are not available.
- Registrations can only be made by submitting a completed form by fax to 202.835.8343 or email.
- You must be a member in good standing of the Council at the time of the meeting in order to take advantage of any of these opportunities.
- Except where otherwise noted, sponsorship does not include registration for the entire conference.
